Return Eligibility

  • 30-day return policy from delivery date for unworn and unused items

  • Products must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

  • Bed linens and towels must be unwashed and unused

  • Decorative pillows must show no signs of use or compression

  • Fabric products must be free from odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or monogrammed linens

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Opened mattress protectors or pillow covers

  • Seasonal or holiday collections after season ends

Return Process

  1. Email linensp@linensp.pics for return authorization

  2. Provide order number and photos of items

  3. Receive approved return instructions

  4. Ship items within 7 days of authorization

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

  • Store credit available for faster processing

Contact within 14 days for manufacturing defects. We cover return shipping and provide replacement or refund.
